De loft bevindt zich in een prachtig Art Deco gebouw op de 4e verdieping van 45 vierkante meter bewoonbare oppervlakte. Gebouw van 1904 is een beschermd monument en was vroeger een slagerij.
De loft heeft 1 aparte slaapkamer en 1 slaapzetel in de living.
Aparte douche en toilet.
