Walk everywhere Acropolis, Monastiraki, Kerameikos, Plaka or use public transport. Use Dunlopillo mattresses, bamboo pillows (bio), cotton sheets, A/C, heating. Arrive from airport (blue line no3, 7' walk) or Piraeus port (no change green line no1, 7' walk). Free small tavern meal for 5 stays, or wine tasting for 8.

No special effects but trully needfull amenities. No fancy decors but lots of space to feel comfortable and leave your luggage without pushing your elbow out of the window

All flat available. Beside bedrooms (one closet at each one) you will be able to use two balconies. One is ideal for staying out, side view to Filopappou hill and Parnitha mountain.

Walking around is pleasant and you will meet many tourists. Locals are friendly and gentile. Lots of middle aged people and young inhabitants live here. I could describe as an "intellectual" neighborhood painted with colors of European reality. It is unique because you are in a breath distance from all sightseeing and points of interest but you sleep and rest in a peaceful spot.
