A beautiful, brand new 2 floor villa, part of a 4 villa complex with a shared pool, is located on a very quiet part of the island's countryside and is ideal for families. A close 10 minute drive to the vibrant Naousa town, 20 minutes from the port of Paroikia. The house is the only one in the complex with private access to the pool, and has also just had beautiful pergolas built on the ground floor (early July 2021).
The space
The villa has 2 independent floors.
The ground floor has a large kitchen, living room, 160x200cm double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The top floor has a 160x200cm bed with an en suite bathroom, and has an independent entrance.
There is fast & stable wifi provided, high pressure showers, anatomic matrices on all beds and very solid wall sound insulation in a naturally quiet part of the island.
