It is located in the heart of Athens, in Kolonaki, a safe residential neighborhood, close to the historic and commercial area and to major subway stations. Ideal for guests who need tranquility but at the same time they can reach in a few minutes the city.

The space
Eugene's place is a small studio (20 sq. m.) that was designed in 2016 from the owners Ifi & Emilio, both Architects. The aim was to design a minimal and ergonomic space that includes all the facilities and fits into the urban landscape of Athens. Its advantages are the panoramic view, the location and its modern construction.
