It is set at the 1st floor of a very well tended apartment block at Kifisias Avenue near Panormou str. With 75 sqm occupied by 2 main rooms, the living room and the bedroom, it's a spacious apartment for two people. A kitchen well equipped, a bathroom, a small store and a balcony in front of the two main rooms, complete it.
It involves a moderate modern, colored design, with structures (such as the 3 descending tables, the mount for suspend a bicycle) leaving as much free room as possible. Sketches and photographs (nudes) all created by us, decorate the space. These make the area not very friendly to families with children.
However It is ideal for modern both couples and friends. In the living room, there is a large couch, where one more person can be accommodated.

Panormou (square and street) area is a very vivid neighborhood. Kifisias and Larisis (one of our block's roads) streets are middle-cost market streets with clothes, shoes, jewelry, accessories, pharmacies, bakery, supermarkets, while Panormou street is a place at which a lot of café, bars, pubs, Greek taverns, suvlaki grills, creperie, fast food (any kind, Chinese food including) can be found, serving until the early morning hours.
It is located 3 blocks away from our flat, far enough not to disturb, close enough to get advantage of it. Many young people gathered there since afternoon and especially on Fridays and Saturdays the area quietens as it comes the dawn. There is also the place, that there is a taxi-rank.
