"Rayon De Soleil" is an independent apartment for rent, on the 2nd floor. It can host up to 4 people. Evie's Room facing East, has a double bed, interior bathroom with shower,balcony. Mario's Room, facing west, has 2 single beds ,exterior bathroom with bathtub. It.s available a fully equipped kitchen,small living room,a balcony and a big equipped veranda. On the 1st floor is a big common salon and the kitchen for prep. the breakfast (with organic and natural products from the village).

One could argue that the whole area of the Old Harbor of Chania is a highlight, what with the ships coming and going, the old venetian buildings, the remnants of the castle dotting the city, or the historic churches with the minarets.

In Chania, there is as much to see as time available. Even getting lost, an often dangerous experience in other cities, can be interesting and adventurous in Chania's alleys.

Travel Details from the host -> The only thing I truly could not live without is love. It is what drives me and unites me with the people in my life. My life would be greatly diminished without my children, my partner in life, the light of Greece, laughter, travelling, and friends... Some of my favorite books include, but are not limited to: 'Rusty Armor' by Robert Fisher as well as the entire works of Nikos Kazantzakis. My list of favorite movies is long, and better kept for private conversations. Music that I've been listening to recently includes pieces from Yanni, Vangelis Papathanasiou Ennio Moriccone, Beethoven and more. Surprisingly, I find that the soundtrack from the movie How to Train Your Dragon helps me focus while I work. I am not the most experienced of hosts, seeing as I have only been in operation since August 2015. However, I believe that my life has taken a turn for the better since I began. There is more happiness in my life. Perhaps because people on vacation have their happiest moments and sometimes I get to share those, but it is also because people on vacation are open to receiving and giving happiness. As a traveller, myself, I do not aim for the highly touristic areas but in meeting the people, learning about their life and the authentic places of the countries I visit rather than those artificially designed to cater to tourists. I believe all people deserve the best. Vacation time is a beautiful gift to ourselves. No matter what the reason that drives us to visit a new place it is a great opportunity to enjoy the destination, open our heart and accept new feelings, concepts, sounds, tastes ... Nature has gifted Crete with beauty beyond measure, both natural and man-made, for thousands of years. Its people are hospitable, friendly, and expressive. Let us have a great time together.
