I am renting out a room in my beautiful, fully furnished private apartment located in the old and charming neighbourhood Valby.
The apartment is a 3 room apartment (775 ft2 or 72 m2) and has a kitchen, bathroom and two living rooms. The fee includes internet and a simple breakfast.
Washing machines and a dryer are located in the basement and can be used for 20 DKK per use, either washing or drying.
LOCATION
My apartment is located close to the Carlsberg Breweries, which is open for tourists, green areas at the park Søndermarken and Frederiksberg Have and the shopping mall Spinderiet and train stations and busses are also close by (Valby station is 5-10 mins away by foot and Valby Langgade is 5 mins away by foot).

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood Valby, close to Valby station and the Danish Brewery 'Carlsberg' which is open for tourists and is being developed in to a new and interesting neighborhood in Copenhagen. It is also close to a large green area called Søndermarken and the Frederiksberg Garden with the old and beautiful castle. The big shopping mall Spinderiet and Valby train station with S-trains and busses are both 5-10 mins away by foot and 2-5 mins by bike. You can get to the city center in 20 mins from my place.
