The apartment is located perfectly at the crossroads of several very lively streets, providing a very large choice of restaurants, bars, shops. It's located 300m from Place de la Bastille, famous for having played an important role in the French Revolution. The Marais is only 400m away, having a mix of historical points of interests and its trendy streets and diverse population, 600m from Seine River banks. The Opera Bastille is across the street.

Hi, I am Italian and along with my team we manage properties for Italian and non-resident owners in Paris + some other European cities. All our flats are designed and fully furnished. They will be your perfect second home in Paris. The quality, locations and equipment are very good. We are foreigners and frequent travellers ourselves, so if you travel for business or leisure you will find the service, comfort and quality you need for a memorable stay. We will be more than happy to help you in italian, french, english, spanish, russian or swedish. We will give you the best tips for your short or long parisian stay. I even run a leading event organization for international people coming to Paris; we hold events every week so you might find some nice meetup to join and mingle around. If you need to be picked up at the airport we can send you a driver that we work with since a long time ago. From CDG to Paris it is 75€ and from Orly 55€. He take maximum 4 persons.
