Im Haus befinden sich nur 3 Wohnungen mit sehr netten Nachbarn. Helle, sehr angenehm ruhige Wohnung und der Blick vom Balkon ist ein Wahnsinn! Eine extra Matratze (140x200) für eine dritte Person ist verfügbar.

Nachdem die Wohnung mein Zuhause ist und kein Vollzeitbusiness, würde ich es zu schätzen wissen, wenn Du Deine Airbnb Verifikationen durchgeführt und dein Profil vollständig ausgefüllt hast, so dass ich weiß wer hier wohnen möchte. Danke für Dein Verständnis.

Das Appartement liegt nur zwei Gehminuten vom schönen, großen Türkenschanzpark, Linnepark and Hugo Wolff Park.

Die Nachbarschaft besteht aus mehreren kleinen Mehrfamilienhäuser und ist daher verkehrstechnisch sehr angenehm, außerdem sehr begrünte Gegend.

Keine Parkgebühren und viele freie Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

I like nature, dancing, sports, good communication, traveling, tea, fairtrade&organic, the human body (I study medicine ;-) ) and above all laughing. My parents always had been travelling a lot with us and I was born in South Korea.
