A 19th century, two-storey, stone-built house in downtown Ermoupolis, recently renovated. Located in a quiet bougainvillea-lined pedestrian-only alley, along the main route that has always connected Ermoupolis with Ano Syros.
An ideal choice for those who wish to get to know cosmopolitan Ermoupolis, to immerse in the ambience of the capital of the Cyclades. Cobbled streets with blooming bougainvillea bring you past dignified mansions but also past amiable, heartwarming smiles.

The space
Welcoming and airy, painted in earthy colours that reflect light and emit that special Cyclades feel. Tastefully decorated with handmade pieces of furniture and ceramic creations, it is authentic, yet unpretentious.
The house has two entrances. The main entrance is through an old iron door at number 30, which leads to ‘avlidaki’, the Greek word for the small front yard. You are greeted by a small cistern with its marble-sculpted mouth and lots of flowers.
