A small unit 26sq close to the center of Athens.It has been recently renovated,its clean and a great deal.The house is very close to the main square of Nea Smirni and close to the tram and buses that leads you to the center or the sea side of Athens

This is a small apartment-studio that has been fully renovated with lots of love and care!
It is in the first floor of the building and we are staying with cats during the winter so please have this is your mind in case of an allergy to cats
Also...The stairs to the bed can lift a person up to 100kg

Our guest can use the iron,fridge,Built-in Ceramic Hob ,towels,sheets,radio.
We also have cables that you can use to connect your laptop or notepad to the big screen or to the radio for louder music.
Boiler for hot water.
The house is cool during the summer and warm during the winter that why we do not have AC.
Internet access with free Wi Fi.
