The apartment is in the 14th district of Vienna, close to the Palace Schönbrunn, reached by 15 walking minutes. It is also close to Wiener Wald and many other natural places. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to the city center, in about 20 minutes.

Grocery shops just 3 to 5 walking minutes away. A bakery opposite the building. Post, Restaurants, shops and all you need around the area. Multicultural markets and bazaars, shopping center, cinema​, everything is close.

The tram (49) in a distance of 5 walking minutes Tram is direct going to the city center Ring-Volkstheater. The closest metro station is U3 Hütteldorferstasse, directly connected with the 49 tram.

Also by foot a train station (Wien-Breitensee), brings you to different destinations in a very short time within the city as well as outside of the city.

Busstation as well 2-3walking minutes from the apartment, going to metro U4 Hietzing- Schönbrunn in 3 Stations.

Travel Details from the host -> My wife and I are welcoming you! We were super hosts a long time ago with another apartment but renewed the account, so we have a lot of experience to know how to provide you a pleasant stay. We are currently out of the country and therefore we would prefer a long-term tenant, but even for a shot stay, we will be happy to host you. Our family will then take care of your needs. Currently, we are traveling overseas and looking preferable for a long-term tenant. However, we will be reached any time via phone as well! We wish you a nice Christmas time!
