The space
The house, although small, is practical and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It consists of 2 levels, the mezzanine and ground level that connect through a distinctive traditional staircase, thus providing enough privacy to both levels inhabitants.
On the mezzanine lies a queen size double bed with side table, open closet,chest of drawers and has its own toilet.
Ground floor has a spacious sofa bed -sleeps 2 adults when opened- with middle table, a fully equipped and contemporary designed kitchen, dinning table and an elegant bathroom.
Outdoor spaces are offered for different times of the day.

What is unique with Cycladic little villa is the privacy, the landscape and the views.Despite being few meters away from the beach at the same time it takes only 5' of walking to Livadi with many restaurants/bars.
I recommend without reservation ''Takis'' for fresh fish and ''Bakakakis'' for meat lovers.
On "Calma" you can have your breakfast/coffee while ''Robinson'' and ''Yacht'' are undoubtedly my preffered destinations for a late night drink.
Leaving Livadi and heading west you have to visit close by beaches (~3km) such as Agios Sostis,Lia and Psili Ammos where you can eat at ''Stefanakos'' tavern.
On the east side now and in less than 5km distance,crystal clear beaches such as Kalo Ampeli,Vagia and Ganema are ''calling'' you to discover them.For traditional cooked food try ''Kyklopas'' at Mega Livadi.
Visit iconic Chora, one of the most picturesque choras in the Aegean Sea,has a central small square up the stairs, where you can have your cocktail/aperitif
