Clean, cute and roomy (65 m2), close to Parikia (15 minutes walk), capital/ port of Paros. Located at ground floor, does not allow view of the sea, has a nice veranda to relax as shown on photos. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room with dining table and small kitchen. Quiet area, ideal for kids or peaceful guests. Next to this apartment there is another one smaller at 30 m2 for 3.We are not always there but can arrange the key delivery! Shared washing machine located in another room.
The space
The house is spacious and has a living room with small kitchen apart from the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a 2-seat sofa/couch that gets divided in two pieces that stretch to 2 single beds. Parking space is available for one car if you decide to rent and the other tenants do not use it (first come-first serve basis).
