Dimokratia villa's entry is identified with a sign. Going up the staircase you reach the large terrace. Entering Dimokratia Villa lies down a comfortable space with 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and a kitchen. Also in the ground floor you will find a bedroom & a bathroom. At the end of the corridor, a staircase leads to the 1st floor, which hosts the rest 2 bedrooms. Among them, there is a luxurious bathroom and a spacious hall, which ensure the independence of the 2 rooms.

Εγώ εργάζομαι στο Ελληνικό Κέντρο Θαλάσσιων Ερευνών στη Σούδα, ενώ η σύζυγός μου δουλεύει ως λογίστρια σε μεγάλη ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα στα Χανιά. Μου αρέσει πολύ το ποδόσφαιρο και η ποδηλασία βουνού, ενώ στην Δημοκρατία αρέσει πολύ το περπάτημα. Όπως καταλαβαίνετε, η βίλα πήρε το όνομά της από την σύζυγό μου, η οποία το πήρε από την γιαγιά της, σύμφωνα με την ελληνική παράδοση. Την γιαγιά της μάλιστα, την είχε βαφτίσει ο οδηγός του Ελευθέριου Βενιζέλου. Οι γονείς της Δημοκρατίας μας παραχώρησαν το σπίτι, το οποίο αποφασίσαμε να το διαθέσουμε προς ενοικίαση το 2015. Στόχος μας είναι οι επισκέπτες μας να απολαύσουν τις παροχές της βίλας, την ελληνική φιλοξενία και να περάσουν αξέχαστες διακοπές μαζί μας. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να σας γνωρίσουμε και να σας φιλοξενήσουμε! My name is Nikos and I am married to Dimokratia and we have 2 children together. I work at the Hellenic Center for Marine Research in Souda, while my wife works as an accountant in a large hotel in Chania. I really like football and mountain biking, while in the Republic I really like walking. As you can understand, the villa was named after my wife, who took it from her grandmother, according to Greek tradition. In fact, her grandmother was christened by Eleftherios Venizelos' driver. The parents of the Republic gave us the house, which we decided to rent for 2015. Our goal is for our guests to enjoy the facilities of the villa, the Greek hospitality and to spend unforgettable holidays with us. We will be very happy to meet you and to host you!
