The villa is a 4-floor building and was renovated in 2021 and 2022.

Ground floor 140 sqm:
As you get in the property from the road there is a private outdoor parking space for 1 or 2 cars. The half ground floor is a residential garage and you can park inside as well. The other half of the ground floor has a large game room with a pool table, a table football and a table tennis. Finally, there are the stairs that connect the 3 floors.

The Location and the Villa
If you search for a place close to Chania city but not in the "crowdy" area of Chania city then this is your villa. It is a 12 min drive from Chania Airport and Port of Souda as well. It is a 2 hour drive from Heraklion Airport. Finally, it is about a 5 min drive from Chania center.
The villa is located in a small family neighborhood. So, there will be only a few passing vehicles and it will be calm and quiet. In the morning you will have a beautiful view of the Chania city, the mountains and the sea. If the wind is calm you will hear the birds from the mountain and forest of St. Matthew which are behind the house. Later in the evening you can enjoy the sunset and the night view of Chania city.
Finally, in the winter or early in the spring, you will have a magnificent view where you can see the snowy mountains "Lefka Ori" (white mountains in Greek) and at the same moment the Chania city with its Old Town and sea.
