The space
This house consists of a living room with flat screen TV, a dining room with a scenic view, and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. All 3 full bathrooms are newly renovated with walk-in showers. The first floor is level to the street (with 2 steps to walk in). There is a staircase of 12 steps going down to the second level that leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and a sitting area. In addition, fans are provided in each room for your convenience. A clothesline is available for use in the private backyard. The back windows on both levels have awnings (called a tenta) that can be raised or lowered with provided poles turned by hand. A free parking space is available in front of the house. This house is located in the quaint village of Theologos and 4 houses down from the well-known restaurant Drosia in the village square. Butterfly Valley (Petaloudes) is 6 km away, about an 8 minute drive. Theologos Beach is 2 km down the hill, about a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive, where there is kite surfing, lounge chairs, and a small cafe. For free wifi we recommend Billy's Cafe, 2 km away about a 5 minute drive, where they have great food and drinks. A couple of doors down from Billy's is a Pharmacy. All along the main road are supermarkets, mini markets, produce stands, bakeries, and restaurants. Rhodes has many, many places and activities, we recommend researching to discover what interests you! Start your adventure from here!
