Lovely flat in the 6th district very close to the famous shopping street "Mariahilferstraße", the train station "Westbahnhof" and the Musical Hotspot "Raimund Theater". It's a quiet flat on the 5th floor with a view into the green courtyard. From the bedroom you can spot the "Maria vom Siege" church. You are sleeping in a comfortable 140x200m bed with different pillows & blankets. There is an elevator in the house but you have to climb some steps. In the bedroom you have a Dyson Ventilator.

The space
There is another room in the flat which is NOT included in the renting. From this room you have access to a lovely balcony with vegetable plants and flowers. If you could do me a favor and water my plants, you are more than welcome to use and enjoy this balcony!

!! This flat is definitively not suitable for small children !!
