Magnificent view with a large courtyard in front of the house, the sea is about 5 meters away. The indoor space is 90 sq.m and the local area is quiet. The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.

The space
The house is a maisonette , on the ground floor there is a kitchen area (electric oven , microwaves , large refrigerator , toaster) , bathroom (with water heater) and living room (with tv) (only our visitors uses the entire house no one else) .The first floor has 3 rooms the big one is the main bedroom with a large bed and a tv , the second room has 2 single beds and the third room is a small restroom.

Guest access
Our guests they can use the entire house with no restrictions. Also Everything we have inside the house is available to them.
