My house is a small (11sqm) stone-built house, on top of the old and well-preserved capital of Serifos, named Chora. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and panoramic breathtaking view to Aegean Sea. It is so spectacular, that it can be experienced only with your own eyes, while having a drink or coffee in the big, beautiful balcony (one of the largest on the island) on the rocky edge of the "Castle"

The space
The house has one small room with a stoned semi-double bed (1.28x1.97), a small kitchen with a refrigerator for the morning coffee, meal, TV, A/C, a wc and a big wardrobe.
The house is 4 minutes walk from the center of Chora , which is the capital of the island, where you can find mini markets, a bakery, bars and restaurants, walking up the traditional stone steps.
Bed sheets and towels are changed every 4-6 days.
