New built villa house located near to port of Adamas in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants,stores and all services you may need are available in a walking distance range near by.
Outside the house has a typical modern Cycladic Island look ,while inside the minimal decoration makes your accomodation comfortable and easy.

The space
The house has two floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen, the living room as well as one bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a wonderful view of the village.
In case of small children are hosted ,the stairs are protected by special doors with railings.

Guest access
Visitors have access to the ground and the upper floor.Visitors are not allowed to visit the basement of the building where the owners keep their personal belongings.
