I am a yoga teacher, artist and a birth doula. I have a 9year old son and two cats ( who will be upstate NY in the country during Summer months., however if I rent before the summer, cats may be part of the equation ) My apt is child friendly but also good for adults.I am not uptight about my stuff . There are lots of music and books, no TV but good wireless cable . I am really into traveling this year so would be happy to discuss any rental possibility but mostly free during holidays and summer months as that is when my child is not in school.My place is great for a single person , couple or couple with a child .
