The apartment is in a historic brownstone located on Lenox Avenue in the Mount Morris Park historic district.

You will be 2-4 minutes walk to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Staples, Marshalls, Olive Garden, Burlington, CVS, Mcdonalds, Burger King, Golden Crust, Chipotle.

There are three gyms nearby– Blink, Planet Fitness and NYSC. You are also easy walking diistance to countless other shops, including H&M, TJMaxx, Victoria secret, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lidl Supermarket all the banks.

There is also a burgeoning restaurant and cafe scene in the area with places such as Red Rooster by celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson only two blocks away. The casual-chic soul food restaurant BLVD Bistro is only steps away from the apartment. Other restaurants that are very close by include Harlem Shake, Sottocase Pizzeria, Barawine, Settepani, Il cafe Latte, Sushi Inoue, Corner Social and the famous soul food classic Sylvia's.
