Neighborbood Overview:

Ditmas Park is one of the most sought after residential neighborhoods in Brooklyn because of its tree lined streets and large Victorian houses.

We are just off Cortelyou Road, where you can find plenty of delis, shops, restaurants, and bars. There are two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.

We are 200 yards from the Q train at Cortelyou Road, which runs 24 hours a day. From there it's 35 mins to Union Sq, 40 mins to Times Sq, 45 mins to Central Park. The Q intersects almost every other line, so you're at most one transfer from everywhere you'd want to go.

We are a 15 minute walk to Prospect Park.

On-street parking is generally easy to find (at least by NYC standards).
