Nice inviting living-room with kitchen and Atelier together-only 15 minutes walk to the Center (St.Stephens Dome) and very quiet at night cause situated in the 3. yard.A spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower and kitchen with everything you need.Please be aware that the kitchen and bathroom as well as the living room is shared with 2 permanent residents.

The space
My place is an ex workshop of a carpenter converted into a living space with a studio part for painting and music located in the third yard in the center of town and ground floor with a balcony kind of entrance with a lot of flowers(specially nice in spring , summer, and autumn).

The district where my Loft is located is very old -its the 2. district of Vienna right at the border to the first district which is the Center of the City. At the street of my house is the old part of the River where you can take a walk and in spring, summer and autumn sit in one of many cafes and restaurants there. In winter you can visit some of the lovely Christmas markets over the whole December that are all located in the center.The house itself of the Loft is very old too-110 years-it got badly damaged in the 2. world war and when it was rebuilt the left the ornaments out which are usually on older houses so now the house looks more like a 1950 year of built .....-5 minutes walk from my house you find the famous bakery "Prindl" that is always open 24/7 ---you can buy always fresh bread. At the river in front of my house is "The summerstage " , open in summer and spring and autumn with little concerts and good food-and the famous "Flex" that is a quite trendy cool discotheque wit
