The space
It's an old house, warm and cozy, that has been always kept excruciatingly clean.

Guest access
Kitchen, corridor, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, indoor Veranda (the Sun Room), backyard with outdoors shower for the bold ones and to clean the sand off your feet before you get in the house!

Other things to note
The oven is out of order. The stove works just fine.
