Our Newclassic apartment has just recently completed its renovations and we are now happy to invite others to come and stay. It is a combination of old architecture with a modern flare. It is a perfect base for your holiday in Chania because it is easy walking distance to the town beach of Nea Chora, the old harbour & Chania town.
The space
The apartment is accessible from the street where there is a small table & chairs for your private use. From here you will be able to watch any events that happen at the beautiful church of Agios Constantinos opposite ie. weddings, baptisms etc.
The apartment has a very spacious open plan living area with comfortable sofas & plasma TV. A few steps down take you to the very large kitchen with all the modern facilities including filter coffee pot, kettle, toaster, full oven and fridge freezer. At the rear is a shower room with a “rain shower” attachment.
