Bright apartment 3 minutes away from "Nation" Subway Station which is ideal to get around Paris as it has many connections. I've renovated it and made sure there was plenty of light, so it is definitely bright. The toilet is private and in a separate room out in the hall, which I personally prefer but just be aware of that before you book. fifth floor no elevator, that's why Parisians are slim, that and the incessant pessimism and stress.
The space
My apartment is 20 square meter ( 215 square foot ) and has a 270 cm ( 9 foot) high ceiling. It's essentially a big room with Kitchen, dining table, bed and a walled off shower. It's in a dead end so very quiet for Paris. It's on the 5th floor, there's a big window, a smaller one and a ton of lights so it is, or can be quite bright. The toilet separate from the apartment and is private. It's a few meters out in the hall which in my opinion is actually better, especially if you are not alone if you know what I mean.
