The space
The apartment is a large two room apartment, very bright because located on the top floor of a quiet and nice residence.
Access to the 12th floor via one of the two elevators. It has large bay windows and a large balcony that overlooks an impressive urban landscape!
There are 2 beds for 2 people each, you can easily live there at 4 or 5 (extra mastress if needed).

Neighborbood Overview:

The neighborhood is mixed, lively and in full rebirth ! It is easy to reach and extremely well connected (see below).
Rue d'Avron is a charming shopping street, full of friendly restaurants and excellent food shops.
The Rue des Haies and the Rue des Vignoles are very pleasant to discover on foot, with alleys full of surprises! They lead to the charming Place de la Reunion where every Sunday a warm market is held.
There is also another market Cours de Vincennes on Saturday. The "Puces de Montreuil", authentic, are held from Saturday to Monday (15 min by walk).
