My accommodation is located in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, less than 5 minutes walk from the Hôtel de Ville (Paris city hall) and Paris main modern art museum: Centre Pompidou.
It is very close to public transportation, especially Hôtel de Ville subway station.
There are many restaurants and bars nearby.
I just refurbished my apartment and I hope you enjoy it for the comfort the location.

The space
For me the accommodation has three really interesting and nice elements:
- First of all it is very well located. It is close to many tourist places (Hôtel de Ville (Paris city hall) and Paris main modern art museum: Centre Pompidou....). Also there are many bars and restaurants in the are.
- Then it has just been refurbished (November 2016) and is absolutely ready to welcome its first guests
