Our family home is in a former 19th century manufacturing building in the heart of Paris’ raffish, hip 10th arrondissement. The simply renovated loft is spacious (140m2) and bathed in light all day round thanks to magnificent atelier windows and 4m high ceilings. It is suitable for a couple and can also accommodate a child under 7 years of age. On a calm courtyard off the street, the apartment features a unique glassed-in winter garden.
The space
Our building is heritage classified - a magnificent, slightly run-down block with tons of character and history. On the 2nd floor (no lift), our apartment was renovated ten years ago in a simple, modern style. The residential environment is quiet, we ask guests to respect this. The building has two coded doors for secure access.
