Very useful with the metro/bus/citybike just at the bottom of the building, near the Eiffel Tower (15min by feet), Montparnasse and Invalides.
Our flat : 100m², 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen.
The common rooms are shared by my 2 others flatmates. (28yo, workers)
A small rabbit sleeps on the carpet in the sunny living room.
A big balcony goes along the flat, very nice to enjoy the view and our tiny garden!!!
