Welcome to my cute and peaceful Parisian studio! The flat, which is ideal for couples or solo travelers, can host up to 4 people. It is intimate and quiet. It's located in a lovely area just a few steps away from one of Paris' most beautiful parks, the "Parc Montsouris". It also has great access to public transports. My flat, a spacious studio, is arranged as a one bedroom apartment: there's a living room, along with a separate dressing room and a mezzanine with a super comfortable bed.
The space
My studio is ideal for couples or for single travelers.
It is located on the ground floor - no neighbours around, no street, no vis à vis, full intimacy - in an old beautiful Art Deco Building. There, you'll find rest in the city.
You will have access to fast wifi, to speakers to listen to your favourite music, to a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven and a micro wave, a toaster, a hair dryer, great Marshall speakers, towels, etc.

The 14th arrondissement is a nice and peaceful area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets around.
You will be just a few minutes away from the lovely Parc Montsouris - one of Paris' most beautiful park's - and a few meters away from the beautiful Villa Montsouris street. My flat is also located 15 min away from the "Catacombes", which is one of the places you need to visit in Paris!
There's a delicious Italian restaurant right next to my flat (Il Far'Niente). I would also totally recommend the delicious French restaurant Le Jeroboam (20 minutes walk necessary) - don't forget to book ahead! Travel Details from the host
