Welcome to my flat ! It's a typical 2-room parisian apartment in a quiet building, where I have been living for 6 years.
The flat is about 50m² / 530 ft². There is one bedroom and one bathroom, it works well for a couple or a solo traveler.
The space
It's perfectly located in Goncourt, at the heart of the up-and-coming 11th arrondissement. It's filled with nice restaurants (from delicious Asian cantines to Michelin-starred bistrots), stores (supermarkets, cheese shops, wine shops, butcher's, bakeries) and cool bars. There's even a nice farmer's market on every Sunday morning.
Le Marais, Belleville and République neighborhoods are within walking distance.
