I live on the 1st floor.
On the ground floor there is a mini-market. You can get all the food products at the lowest price. It also has meats and comes from big French brands. It is the cleanest in the neighborhood. Very big advantage to feed you. The only drawback is that it is delivered from 7am to 8am. So a little noise of deliveries before the big calm.
On the other hand, the district is very animated.
