The house is located 1.5 km away from the small fishing village of Tsoutsouros, 60 km from Heraklion and at an altitude of 25 m from the sea level. It has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests (+ possibility for 1 more with a camp bed in the living room), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is surrounded by the back and front courtyards with trees and flowers and the large veranda has a reed pergola for sunshade and excellent views. You can access the beach either through a stone paved staircase that starts in the front yard and ends in a sand dune just over the beach (3min).
