The Area is really great for Bars, Craft shops, architecture and ideally connected by public transport.
Central town as much as busses to the outer regions with parks etc. are in close proximity.

My private belongings will be removed from the room and space in all shared facilities will be provided.

Its a flatshare, so being considerate will be great to my/your flat mates. :)

The space
The flat is old-build but renovated, your room in the 4th floor facing west.
But besides the neat space, its the location that really makes this place.
In Vienna you have a few hotspots, that are frequented by everyone who wants to do something cultural, and they are all very close to here.
Museums, theaters , cinemas, bars, craft shops, fashion, parks, food markets, flee markets and all of it a 15 min walk from the famous structures in and around the inner district.
Not just the perfect location to live, but also to visit. ;)
