The flat is located on the first floor (USA: second floor) on a quiet street in the green residential area of Wilrijk. Both bedrooms face the street.
It's a 2 bedroom flat suitable for 3 people. It's bright and cozy. It was designed by an interior architect who combined timeless design with modern artwork.

The living areas are in a large open-space design so you can walk freely from the kitchen through the dining area and into the living room.

There is no elevator, no TV and no microwave.

The master bedroom has a big walk-in dressing making it suitable for long stays.
The second bedroom has a full-length single bed (2m long). The bed has 3 drawers for storage. There is enough seating in the living and dining room for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, an oven, an induction stovetop and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and no bathtub.
