The villa is a ground floor 70 sq.m. fully refurbished and fully equipped in order to satisfy even the most demanding visitors. The garden is large 390 sq.m. & there is a pergola wait for the visitors to enjoy the shade, when the summer breeze blows. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a bathroom with a shower installed and a fully equipped kitchen. The Villa is children and family friendly, it is ideal for couples or friends & it is designed to be friendly to people with disabilities.

The space
The Vila was built in the early 1900, and it was given as dowry along with the adjoining plot to the Perakis sisters, Athanasia and Diamantenia. Athanasia was our great grand mother, and she lived her life in the house until the second world war forced the two sisters to move to Rhodes. In the the mid 70’s Athanasia’s daughters , Toula - our grand mother - and her sister Eleni, decided to use the Vila as a Summer house for the whole family.
