The Villa is composed of one master bedroom with King sized bed and a secondary kids bedroom with a single bed, 2 bathrooms, a living room area with fully equipped kitchen, 3 verandas and of course a private pool.Our Deluxe Villa with Private Pool can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The space
On ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a sofa bed, living area with big flat smart TV (satellite channels) fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a patio with a heated private plunge pool. Upper floor there's the master bedroom with king size bed and private balcony, a secondary bedroom with a single bed balcony. There's a bathroom on corridor.

Guest access
You will have 100% private use of the whole house. Private parking is free.

Our accommodation is located in a serene ambience about 500 m. from the beach town of Agia Anna which has always been considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches on Naxos Island. The long secluded sandy beach with the small pier that now only hosts fishing boats and pleasure crafts and provides the wonderful view, has been a center of attraction for decades.

The beach is equipped with sun-beds throughout its length and it is one of the best organized beaches of Naxos. You can find just about anything at Agia Anna beach. There is a plentiful taverns, beachfront restaurants, mini-markets, cafés and beach bars some of which with great view of the beach and the eastern side of Paros.

The northern part of the beach sometimes gets choppy waters and then is when it is truly beautiful. However, the small cove next to Agia Anna’s small port is well protected by the winds and usually very calm which makes it ideal for families with young children even during the stro
