The apartment has a lot of charm, with its high ceiling and three rooms in a row (very typical of 'maisons bruxelloises'!).
It is not too big neither too small as you have everything you need but in a cosy and warm atmosphere. At the entrance of the flat, you have a small hallway with a chair to put your bag, keys, ect. that leads to a medium-size bedroom furnished with a cupboard and a comfortable bed. Sheets are made available.
Next to the three main rooms (kitchen, dining and living room), you have a corridor with a small closet for the washing machine and dryer (ready to be used), a seperated toilet and finally a bathroom with two sinks and a bath/shower.

My neighborhood, Etterbeek, is a nice, calm and well located place. It is a residential neighborhood but in the same time it is close to trendy places to go out. So, it is according to me the perfect neighborhood to stay in town!

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the metro station 'Mérode'. It takes 5 stops to get to the metro station 'Central Station' where you will have all the main attractions in Brussels to be seen as the Grand Place, Sainte-Catherine, le Sablon, ect.
In addition to that, the flat is next to a very nice green area, the Cinquantenaire Park, where you can have a walk, go to temporary exhibitions and even go for some shopping Rue des Tongres if you'd like!
The European Quarter is facing the Park. It has to offer: Place Jourdan (10min.) with "French fries" spot, market on Sundays and cafés; the European Parliament with its Place du Luxembourg (restaurants and bars) (15-20 min.).
