This is a great apartment near the metro of Vienna. Ideally, this is an apartment for 2, since there is 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen with dining area. But it is possible to convert the living room sofa into a couch bed for 2, and add a mattress on the floor for a 5th person! The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the rest of the apartment since I live there full-time but will be traveling during the time it is offered.

The space
The entire apartment is yours! Some of the closets house my belongings, but the empty ones are for your use - don’t worry, it will be introduced during your welcome tour.

The kitchen is beautiful, with a gas stove and dining table for 6 people. The bedroom is comfortable and quiet - overlooking the courtyard of the apartment. The living room is equipped with a large TV and Apple TV for your viewing pleasure. There is WiFi, a bathtub, and a separate WC. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the metro stop Reumannplatz. This is the metro line which takes you directly to downtown Vienna in 7 minutes! Reumannplatz is also home to one of Vienna’s most traditional ice-cream parlors called “Tichy”. You’ll love their hazelnut ice cream!

Besides having great accessability, it is nice to be in this part of Vienna, as it is international. There are traditional restaurants of Viennese cuisine, or Turkish, or Bulgarian, or American - whatever you want is within walking distance!

The grocery stores are around the corner from my house - both newly renovated and have great selections (Billa and Spar). There is also a corner shop which is open late (unusual for Vienna to have a store open past 7:30pm) as well as on Sundays and has the basics of butter, milk, and produce. Definitely a life saver.
