This quiet and cosy house is located in the west of Vienna in the 17th district, in between the center and the Wienerwald. The house has 80m2 whereas the property has 400 m2. We are one of various tiny properties in this area. On the 1st floor one big room with kitchen, living room and eating place and a small foyer, on the 2nd floor 2 bed rooms and a bath with toilet. It has a fabulous view especially from the 2nd floor all over the city - great for e.g. new years eve.

By foot you can reach the Schafbergbad in less than 5 minutes, as well as the Wienerwald for walking or mountainbiking. Near by the apartment there are some traditional Viennese restaurants (Schutzhaus, Steirerstöckl), also the famous Viennese "heurige" are not far away.
The neighborhood are all residential houses, very familiar, like a small viallage.

Travel Details from the host -> I live with my husband in Vienna in between the city and the Wienerwald. The nature is very important for me. I enjoy having both, a cosmopolitan city as well the entrance into the green. I love the mountains and the countryside, where I originally come from. Doing exercise is a part of my life. Biological and local food gets more and more essential for me. Once a year we make a city trip, we enjoy when we have enough time to explore for weeks a foreign country and bike-tours are regular on our vacation plan. Our life has changed since we have two childs, our first sun was born 2016 and our second 2018.
