This tastefully decorated and luxuriously furnished apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a beautiful old building just a few minutes from the Opera House and Old Town. In a quiet area with convenient transport links in all directions!

The space
This apartment is distinguished by its tasteful and quality furnishings. A modern box-spring bed and a high quality sofa bed offers comfortable sleeping for 4 people. The TV in the living / sleeping area we have pivotally installed, so it can be watched from the bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: Microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and utensils to cook for yourselves. The bathroom is modern with bath tub and the toilet is indeed only accessible from the bathroom but still separated. A wall safe we have to our guests disposal. The apartment is located in a residential building on the mezzanine floor overlooking the courtyard, so a silent night is guaranteed.

It is central but not touristy. This district is home to many locals and it is close to all shopping facilities you need. Grocery, drugstore, pharmacy, bank and restaurants, there are some in the neighborhood. If you once would like to eat something typical Viennese and very delicious you should reserve a table right opposite the flat at Rudis Beisl, one of my personal favorites in Vienna.
Since it is an area with many offices, it is much busier during the week than the weekend. In return you park on Saturday and Sunday for free on the street.
Due to the good location to downtown, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the busy city, but then quickly back pull in a quiet neighborhood.
