In the village of Agia Triada you will find a small traditional tavern that you will love! Moreover the big villages “Pigi” and “Adele” where you can find all kind of shops, supermarkets, bakeries and several taverns are only 3 km away!
About 6 km away you will also find the well known tourist area of “Platanias" with many organised beaches, night clubs, big market and restaurants!

The closest beach to the villa is the long sandy beach of Rethymno which starts from the city of Rethymno (10 minutes drive away) and ends in the area of Skaleta! The spot of the beach that is closer to the villa is the area of “Adelianos Kampos" or “Platanias" which is 5-6 km away! The beach is so long that gives you the opportunity to find totally quiet spots or full organised and crowed areas just a couple of minutes aw

I pride myself in paying particular attention to detail which I have developed from my own enjoyable traveling experiences and my profession. My studies in engineering and subsequent occupation for 25 years are founded on creative design and residential construction, affirming my philosophy that all people should have a quality home in which to live.
