A duplex flat decorated with love while traveling. Parisian old building. Two nice courtyards to have a break between visits. 3 minutes from a shopping area and many good restaurants and several parks around. 2 minutes from metro and buses station.

The space
It's a very cosy flat well furnished. You'll feel at home. It's very quiet. And you can enjoy your breakfast or you diner on the courtyard.There's one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for two people.

Guest access
It's on the first floor. You can access from one of the courtyard or from the main building.

Other things to note
The stairs don't have a guardrail so please be careful with small children.

Neighborbood Overview:

The area is very nice. It's 15 mins from the Eiffel tower and the Champ de Mars. The shopping area "rue du commerce" is a great place to buy food and do some clothes shopping. There's a big local outside market twice a week.

Travel Details from the host

We are a French couple leaving between Paris and Sauve, a tiny medieval village in the South of France. We share the same passion of traveling, trekking, meeting people and laughing ! We travel quite a lot for work or for leisure. Before we were more (young and) into backpacking and move often from one place to the other. Now we do prefer to settle (a little!- not that old!) When we find a place thanks to Airbnb, we enjoy feeling like a local. We meet the neighbors, get some new little habits, buy some local food to cook it. We feel much more in the "real life" of the country. When I receive friends/people, I like to share with them my passion : the history of the place, the best restaurants, the local unknown adventure to do.
