In a 1st floor you have comfortable kitchen with all you need including thee washing machine/drier and dishwasher. Also, we have a stove to make a grill on a terrace.
The location is great you will be just 15 minutes from city center by tram, as well you will be surrounded by 3 beautiful parks and lots of famous Zizkov bars in a walking distance.

If you fall into this 70% and you would stay longer than 1 week you will have (or might have) your turn to clean share places in our property.
