The space
My beautiful building is from 1910, on the left side of the river and only a 12 minutes walk from Charles Bridge away. Even the Prague Castle, which you can see from my street, is in walking distance. This is a residential area with lovely parks and gorgeous Petrin Hill and Kinsky Garden just five minutes away. To the waterfront is a two minutes walk, where you can feed ducks and swans or stroll over the farmers and food markets or take a break in one of the many cafés or bars.

Our friendly river Vltava is just a few minutes away from my house to one side and the beautiful Kinsky Garden and Petrin Hill are five minutes away to the other side.
