La petite "maison" (25m), complètement neuve, est une dépendance de notre maison. La terrasse est partagée avec nous en été, mais devant la porte il y a un espace pour vous. L’espace vient d'être construit. Tout est neuf: draps, machine à café, « mini four » etc. Étudiants bienvenus. 1 chambre double séparée, 1 canapé-lit double dans le salon. Fumer interdit a l'intérieur. Tram à 700m; bus à 200m. On parle couramment English, français, Deutsch, Castellano. On est Canadien. Bienvenu :-)

The space
The little house is connected to our house via the garage. It has a livingroom-kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. It was finished in November 2020. Lidl/Carrefour/ boulangerie are 5-10 minutes by foot. Tram A is 700m away; bus 200m. Bordeaux centre is 20 minutes by tram (direct Tram A), 10 min by car. Rocade exit 25 is 2 minaway by car. Bedding and towels provided for free if needed. Salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc are provided.
