New spacious garden view room in classical Prague's house. 14 minutes to the center of Prague by tram or tube. Tram stop in shape of a little park is in front of the house, 5 min walk to the metro station. You can find supermarket, little shops, local pubs, wine and coffe shops and swimming pool within circle of five minutes walk. The house is nicely cool even in the hottest summer and you can sleep with your windows open to the garden.

The space
The room is very big, 17m2, so there is enough space to put mattress on the floor. Double bad is 180x200. The sofa in the kitchen is one and half size.

You can use washing machine in the bathroom, there is dishwasher in the kitchen and its a running household, so it is fully equipped.

The flat is on the first floor (not the ground floor)

Once you get tired by centre of Prague you can find many local pubs, wine shop and coffe aroud the house as well as supermarkets, swimming pool, parks and town square with home made products market. Pharmacy is like one minut walk and policlinik is about 8 minutes walk.
